Ratifying the assessments for Excessive Use of Inspection Services from October 28 to December 9, 2011 (File No. J1204E, Assessment No. 128303)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-199 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Use of Inspection Services for the Property Code Violations billed from October 28 to December 9, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 18, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessments be and the same are hereby in all respects ratified pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-147 - 926 Charles Avenue;
RLH TA 12-146 - 685 Iowa Avenue West;
RLH TA 12-160 - 359 Maria Avenue;
RLH TA 12-148 - 1237 Selby Avenue;
RLH TA 12-145 - 746 Seventh Street East;
RLH TA 12-179 - 1101 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 12-149 - 1602 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 12-144 - 1641 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 12-XXX - 51 McKnight Road North - to be referred back to Legislative Hearing on May 15, 2012 and City Council Public Hearing on June 6, 2012; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one installment unless specified in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
