Authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to receive funding from a STAR Grant to financially support the Dunning Garage and Concession project at the Toni Stone Baseball Field in the Dunning Athletic Campus.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Department of Parks and Recreation has received additional funding to financially support the Dunning Garage and Concession project at the Toni Stone Baseball field within the Dunning athletic campus; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has received an additional STAR grant award of $18,783; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $18,783 in excess of those estimated in the 2010 Capital Improvement Budget; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and the advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $18,783 is available for appropriation in the 2010 Capital Improvement Budget.

The St. Paul Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) Committee received this request on April 11, 2011 and recommends approval.
