Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 317 DALY STREET in Council File RLH SAO 24-81.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-81 on December 11, 2024 which granted an extension to December 20, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions at 317 Daly Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 7, 2025 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
