Authorizing the City to enter into Agreement Number 91616 with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), Bioscience Center Project - S.P. 164-070-007, HPPS S219(002).
Body
WHEREAS, the City requested and was approved to utilize federal aid funds for the Bioscience Center in the Northwest area of the City; and
WHEREAS; the City desires that the Minnesota Department of Transportation act as the City's agent in accepting Federal Aid on the City's behalf for the Bioscience Center Project - S.P. 164-070-007, HPPS S219(002); and
THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Stat. Sec. 161.36 the Commissioner of Transportation be appointed as the Agent of the City of Saint Paul to accept as its agent federal aid funds which may be made available for eligible transportation related project; and
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul enter into MN/DOT Agreement 99922 with the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation and that the Mayor and proper city officials are authorized to execute the Agreement Number 91616 and any amendments to the agreement.
