Appeal of James Meehan to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 853 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST.
Purpose of Appeal
Although one of the vehicles in question are mine, the problem was primarily with vehicles that were not mine. I have sent a note to the parties not on the abatement order, so that they were informed. Hopefully that will fix the problem and relieve me of any responsibility.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of James Meehan to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 853 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
