WHEREAS, on February 20, 2024, Montcalm Apartments d/b/a Montcalm Apartments (License ID # 20240000271) submitted a Parking Ramp (Private) New Location license application for the premises located at 535 Lexington Pkwy S.; and
WHEREAS, on December 4, 2025, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of December 19, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the Parking Ramp (Private) New Location license application; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license application; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Parking Ramp (Private) New Location license application is hereby approved and license issued to Montcalm Apartments d/b/a Montcalm Apartments (License ID # 20240000271) for the premises located at 535 Lexington Pkwy S., with no existing licensing conditions.
