Pertaining to an Agreement between the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul and the City of Saint Paul to allocate the responsibilities for the costs of software maintenance and licensing as stated in City Contract No. 2176.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Division had prepared an agreement between the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul (“Board”) and Process Solutions Assurance to provide professional services for the implementation, maintenance, and licensing of a Mobile Workforce Solution for asset and staff management at a cost not to exceed $670,710 (“City Contract No. 2176”); and
WHEREAS, City Contract No. 2176 had been previously approved by the Board at its November 12, 2019 meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Board and the City of Saint Paul wish to enter into an agreement which allocates the responsibilities for the costs of the ongoing maintenance and licensing of the software as stated in City Contract No. 2176; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared said agreement and the assistant city attorney has reviewed and approved said agreement as to form; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Agreement between the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul and the City of Saint Paul to allocate the responsibilities for the costs of the ongoing maintenance and licensing of the software provided by Process Solutions Assurance as stated in City Contract No. 2176 is hereby approved in substantially the form submitted, and that the proper officers are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Board.
