Approving the Mayor's appointments of Intergovernmental Relations Director - Assistant to the Mayor VI, Director of the Office of Neighborhood Safety - Assistant to the Mayor VI, Director of the Office of Financial Empowerment - Assistant to the Mayor VI, and Interim Co-Directors of the Department of Human Resources.

WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Jennifer O'Rourke to serve as Intergovernmental Relations Director - Assistant to the Mayor VI; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Cedrick Baker to serve as Director of the Office of Neighborhood Safety - Assistant to the Mayor VI; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Marcus Owens to serve as Director of the Office of Financial Empowerment - Assistant to the Mayor VI; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Abigail Gadea to serve as Interim Co-Director of the Department of Human Resources; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor appoints Jason Schmidt to serve as Interim Co-Director of the Department of Human Resources; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves of the above appointments, made by Mayor Kaohly Her, effective January 28, 2026.
