RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511-000 to Douglas Bahl and his attorney, Roderick Macpherson III, Minnesota Disability Law Center, the total sum of Ninety-Three Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty Dollars and no cents ($93,450.00) in full and final settlement in civil court file no. 08-cv-5001 (DSD/JJG) for damages and attorney's fees arising from the incident occurring on November 17, 2006.
