Body

WHEREAS, Minnesota Teardrop Trailer, LLC d/b/a Vistabule Teardrop (License ID 20230000853) applied for a Motor Vehicle Dealer - New Vehicle license for the premises located at 755 Prior Avenue North, Unit #111 in Saint Paul; and 

WHEREAS, on May 25, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and 

WHEREAS, in response to the May 25, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Motor Vehicle Dealer - New Vehicle license; and 

WHEREAS, on June 9, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections received an email from Hamline Midway Coalition stating their support for the issuance of the license; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Motor Vehicle Dealer - New Vehicle license is hereby approved and issued to Minnesota Teardrop Trailer, LLC d/b/a Vistabule Teardrop (License ID 20230000853) for the premises located at 755 Prior Avenue North, Unit #111 in Saint Paul.
