RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a fire response service joint powers agreement with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department; a copy of said agreement which includes an indemnification clause, is to be kept on file and of record in the Fire Department.
