Property was re-inspected on 10/7/15 and vehicle was not in compliance. Property was re-inspected on 10/12/16 and vehicle was found to be in compliance. Inspector noted bags of garbage and rubbish in the yard and issued a summary abatement order. Property was re-inspected on November 23, 2016 and was in compliance on vehicle and SA.

(File No. J1606E2, Assessment No. 168305 168320) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
