Ratifying the assessments for Trash Hauling Services during August 2012. (File No. J1302G, Assessment No. 138701)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-1882 accepted the Report of Completion for Weekly Trash Hauling on Private Properties during the time period of August 1 to August 29, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 16, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be Tt
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-517 - 1306 Fourth Street East;
RLH TA 12-584 - 999 Payne Avenue;
RLH TA 13-XX - 1306 Fourth Street East, delete for separate consideration, referring the assessment back to Legislative Hearing on February 5, 2013 and City Council Public Hearing on February 20, 2013; And, Be It Further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
