WHEREAS on March 2, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-83, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal assessments for work done on private properties from November 03 to November 24, 2010 (RE Project # J1108P and Assessment #118014); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1065 Otto Avenue, being described as: Woodford Park W 1/2 Of Lot 23 And All Of Lot 22 Blk 2, with the property identifification number 11-28-23-33-0126 was assessed an amount of $205.92; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $205.92, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File RES 11-83 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
