WHEREAS, on February 10, 2021, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 20-160, said Resolutions being the memorialization of appeal for Securing and/or Emergency Boarding services billed during August 2020 at 942 Galtier Street. (File No. J2103B, Assessment No. 218102); and
WHEREAS, the property at 942 Galtier Street, being described as: Lewis Second Addition to St Paul Blocks 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, & 15 Lot 23 Blk 15, with the property identification number 25-29-23-41-0234 was assessed an amount of $427; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council ratified and payable in one installment; and
WHEREAS, the appellant made a request to Councilmember Prince to refer the matter for review again; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the request and a legislative hearing was conducted on May 18, 2021 under RLH SR 21-89 in which the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the assessment of $427 is approved and spread over 2 years; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 20-160 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
