WHEREAS, NIC Services, LLC (Payment Facilitator), First Data Merchant Services LLC (Provider), and Pathward, N.A. (Bank) is a service provider of Tyler Technologies, Inc. which is contracted to provide software and project management services to modernize the City of Saint Paul’s business and trade licensing and permit management systems; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul would like to enter into a Sub Merchant Agreement with Payment Facilitator, Provider, and Bank which includes an indemnification clause. Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council for the City of Saint authorizes the appropriate city staff to enter into this agreement with Payment Facilitator, Provider, and Bank which includes the indemnification clause.
