WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Norma C Roberts Hakizimana to a Summary Abatement Order at 411 Charles Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to May 1, 2025 to remove or store any scrap wood and not used for a specific purpose and any interior items stored in the exterior; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
