Ratifying the assessment for the City’s cost of providing Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2025. (File No. CG25Q4B1, Assessment No. 260141)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 26-608 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 17, 2026 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; and
WHEREAS, the assessment amount for each property will be payable in a term of 1 year, with the property taxes in 2027; unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments:
RLH TA 26-110: 318 Baker Street East;
RLH TA 26-118: 700 Stryker Avenue;
RLH TA 26-124: 258 Wyoming Street; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 443.29 and Admin. Code § 60.03, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
