Purpose of Appeal: Got tabs, car is driveable, have other car, it's in my back yard for 6 years. Tires are low so no one takes them off the car. Things have been missing off the car. Need more time to see what else I need to do. Tabs are on the car 11/27/18 thats all it should need if I have other car.
