WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Taxicab Vehicle license for Cab #5231 held by Abdinur Omar Rage d/b/a MSP Airport Taxi, LLC (License ID #20110004116) for the City of Saint Paul, by Notice of Intent to Revoke License dated March 29, 2013, alleging licensee had not paid delinquent license fees for Cab #671, Cab #814 and Cab #818; and
WHEREAS, the licensee had not completed mechanical inspections for Cab #671, Cab #814, Cab #818 and Cab #5231 required by Saint Paul Legislative Code § 376.12 (h) (1); and
WHEREAS, the licensee no longer satisfied the minimum of five (5) actively licensed vehicles required by Saint Paul Legislative Code § 376.10 (a) (1); therefore the licensing office recommended license revocation for Cab #5231; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Revoke License to request a public or administrative hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Revoke License stated that if the licensee failed to request a public or administrative hearing by April 8, 2013, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Taxicab Vehicle license for Cab #5231 held by Abdinur Omar Rage d/b/a MSP Airport Taxi, LLC is hereby revoked.
