Purpose of Appeal:  Building is not vacant, it being self occupied.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Legislative Hearing Officer okayed this late appeal on condition that the property is inspected prior to May 12.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Chris Greene, RD Management LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 1400 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but change to Vacant Building Category 1; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
