Year-Round STAR Program updates and funding consolidation of two Neighborhood STAR Program awards

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Planning and Economic Development Department, the Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to establish three (3) account codes for Year-Round STAR Program awards adopted via City Council Resolutions #20-1304, #20-1349, and #20-1364; Return three (3) Year-Round STAR project balances; and combine two (2) awards through the Neighborhood STAR Program into one account code, as reflected in the attached financial analysis.
