WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Andy Wilhoit to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 210 OTIS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the following variances:
Unit 2 east - 2 inches egress opening height and west 3 inches opening height and dining room 2 inches egress opening height;
Unit 3 east - 5 inches egress opening height and west - 2 inches egress opening height;
Unit 4 east - 3 inches egress opening height and west - 3 inches egress opening height;
Unit 5 east - 3 inches egress opening height and west - 5 inches egress opening height;
Unit 6 east - 5 inches egress opening height and west - 4 inches egress opening height; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
