WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ji Li to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 961 PROSPERITY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until Feburary 1, 2016 to comply with the fire sprinkler system and deny the appeal for Items 2 and 6, noting the items are now in compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
