Approving a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license with one condition to accompany the Malt On-Sale (Brewery Taproom), Liquor On-Sale-Sunday, and Malt-Off Sale (Brewery) licenses for 7th Street Beer Company, LLC, d/b/a Barrel Theory Beer Company (License ID #20170000548) at 248 Seventh Street East.

WHEREAS, 7th Street Beer Company, LLC d/b/a Barrel Theory Beer Company (License ID #20170000548) applied for a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the premises located at 248 - 7th Street East; and
WHEREAS, the licensee also applied for a Malt On-Sale (Brewery Taproom), a Liquor On-Sale-Sunday, and a Malt-Off Sale (Brewery) license; and
WHEREAS, the premises is located downtown so a petition is not required; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the issuance of any of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license to accompany the Malt On-Sale (Brewery Taproom), a Liquor On-Sale-Sunday, and a Malt-Off Sale (Brewery) licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby granted to 7th Street Beer Company, LLC d/b/a Barrel Theory Beer Company (License ID #20170000548) to accompany the Malt On-Sale (Brewery Taproom), a Liquor On-Sale-Sunday, and a Malt-Off Sale (Brewery) licenses for the premises located at 248-7th Street East in Saint Paul with the following condition:
1. Any items associated with the patio seating area (e.g., tables, chairs, fencing, etc.,) must be located entirely on private property and are not permitted to project or be located in the public Right-Of-Way (e.g., sidewalk, boulevard, etc.)
