Pertaining to a professional services agreement with KLM Engineering, Inc. to provide engineering plan review and inspection of wireless equipment installations on water tower sites.
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners desires to obtain engineering plan review and inspection services for wireless equipment installed on its water tower sites; and
WHEREAS, staff did solicit proposals from firms qualified to provide said services, and from such proposers does recommend the firm of KLM Engineering, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $424,700; and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to enter into an agreement with KLM Engineering, Inc. to provide said services; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners hereby requests that the City of Saint Paul Contract and Analysis Services draft an agreement with KLM Engineering, Inc. to provide engineering plan review and inspection services for wireless equipment installed on its water towers, as described in the KLM Engineering, Inc. proposal dated November 14, 2025, at a cost not to exceed $424,700, and to include all other terms and conditions as may be required; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement following approval by the assistant city attorney.
