Wesbrook also has a Summary Abatement Order with a compliance date of 3-19-13, but he said the City picked up the items already. He wanted to appeal the order, but staff told him he would have to wait for the assessment hearing. This order is attached.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Tim Wesbrook and Rodney Molholland to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 846 CARROLL AVENUE,
the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) deny the appeal to be out of the Vacant Building Program (the owner will need to obtain a code compliance inspection); and 2) waive VB fee for 45 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
