Purpose of Appeal: I'm appealing because yard is natural landscaping with native plants providing pollinator habitat through 4 seasons, as suggested by city programs like Blooming St Paul and state programs like Lawns to Legumes. Native forbs and grasses have been intentionally purchased and planted. No chemicals or watering needed.
