RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511-000 to Christopher Conner and his attorney, Bryan Battina, Battina Law, PLLC, the total sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($50,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil court file no. 13-CV-206 (PJS/FLN) for damages and attorney's fees arising from the incident occurring on July 12, 2011.
