Purpose of Appeal
Inspector says permit not on file. Plumbing and heating inspectors were in the house later part of December 201. When they left, said everything had been done. Fire inspector has no record of permits being filed with him. Somebody in inspection dept must be sitting on these permits. John from Ryan Plumbing was there when inspector came - 224-4771.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Alvin Henke to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 878-880 DAYTON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to March 16, 2012 to get the Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated or vacate the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
