WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 23-38 on July 26, 2023 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 346 Sherburne Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on January 30, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated, but recommend granting additional 180 days and continue original $5,000 Performance Deposit, pending approval of an updated schedule and proof of financing were approved and posting of additional $5,000 Performance Deposit was posted on by close of business, March 6, 2024; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is stayed on its finding.
