Approving a Liquor On Sale – 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale Sunday New Location license to Saint Bark LLC d/b/a Saint Bark (License ID 20250001162) for the premises located at 1145 Snelling Ave N.
Body
WHEREAS, on July 1, 2025, Saint Bark LLC d/b/a Saint Bark (License ID 20250001162) applied for a Liquor On Sale – 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale Sunday New Location license for the premises located at 1145 Snelling Ave N; and
WHEREAS, on August 28, 2025, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from the Como Park Community Council stating its support for the issuance of the license; and
WHEREAS, on August 15, 2025, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of August 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Liquor On Sale – 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale Sunday New Location license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale – 100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale Sunday New Location license is hereby approved and issued to Saint Bark LLC d/b/a Saint Bark (License ID 20250001162) for the premises located at 1145 Snelling Ave N, with the following licensing conditions:
Any physical changes to licensed premises must be approved by the City of Saint Paul.
2. All alcohol must be removed when licensee does not have total control of premise.
3. No alcohol shall be permitted outside.
