Ratifying the assessment for the City’s cost of providing Collection of Delinquent Yard Waste Bills for services during July to September 2025. (File No. YW25Q3B1, Assessment No. 250501)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 26-399 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Delinquent Yard Waste Bills for services during July to September 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 15, 2026 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; and
WHEREAS, the amount due plus a 5.65% interest charge will be payable in a term of 1 year, with the property taxes in 2027; unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 443.29 and Admin. Code § 60.03, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
