WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Matt Birk to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 786 ROBERT STREET SOUTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to July 14, 2024 for compliance with the March 21, 2024 orders conditioned upon 1) securing the building from trespass, 2) decreasing risk of harm by removing combustibles, including those outlined in 3 and 8 in orders, 3) no business operations may commence without compliance with these or subsequent Fire Certificate of Occupancy orders and compliance with all permit requirements and 4) maintaining ongoing compliance with the above, which will be reviewed at a Legislative Hearing on June 4, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. under a separate resolution; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
