Establishing the rate of pay for the new classifications of Water Aerobics Instructor (Year Round) in Grade 054 of EG 02, AFSCME Technical, and Water Aerobics Instructor (Seasonal) in Grade 21H of EG 99, Special Employment.

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources determined that the new classifications of Water Aerobics Instructor (Year Round) and Water Aerobics Instructor (Seasonal) be established; and
WHEREAS, the results of a job study instruct that the rate of pay for the new classification of Water Aerobics Instructor (Year Round) be established at the rate set forth in Grade 054 of Employee Group 02, AFSCME Technical Salary Schedule; and Water Aerobics Instructor (Seasonal) be established at the rate set forth in Grade 21H, of Employee Group 99, Special Employment Salary Schedule; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the new classifications of Water Aerobics Instructor (Year Round) and Water Aerobics Instructor (Seasonal) be established at the rate set forth in Grade 054, of EG 02, AFSCME Technical, and Grade 21H, of EG 99, Special Employment, respectively. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval and the rates will be retroactive to May 23, 2019.
