Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a property damage release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department Tort Liability Fund, GL 225-42310-0511, to Unitrin Auto & Home Insurance Company as subrogee of No-fault claim of Anh Hoang, the sum of nine thousand seven hundred dollars and no cents ($9,700.00) in full and final settlement of any and all claims stemming from a vehicle accident on or about the 27th day of October, 2008, at or near the intersection of Como and Intercampus Drive, Saint Paul, MN.
