WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Anna Smith to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1271 Edgerton Street, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to June 1, 2024 for item 3 related to driveway and grant extension to January 1, 2024 for balance of the orders; and
WHEREAS, City Council has adopted the recommendation of the Legislative Hearing Officer on October 11, 2023 under File No. RLH FCO 23-33; and
WHEREAS, Anna Smith has requested additional extension for the driveway due to delay in contractor performing the work due to weather; and
WHEREAS, a staff report will be conducted on July 9, 2024 for the Legislative Hearing Officer and DSI inspector supervisor's review.
