WHEREAS on February 2, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-220, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Vacant Building Fee Assessments re-invoiced in September 2010 (File No. VB1102, Asmt No.118993).
WHEREAS, the property at 1305 Maryland Avenue East, being described as: Brenner Addition No 2 W 35 Ft Of Lot 6 And Ex E 20 Ft Lot 8 And All Of Lot 9 Blk 3, with the property identifification number 22-29-22-33-0104 was assessed an amount of $1,235.00; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment from $1,235.00 to $617.00; now therefore, be it,
 
RESOLVED, that Council File RES 11-220 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
