WHEREAS on June 17, 2026, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 26-40 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2025. (File No. CG25Q4B5, Assessment No. 260145); and
WHEREAS, the property at 423 Fry Street, being described as: Homer H. Hoyt Co.’s Addition Lot 9 Blk 3, with the property identification number 33-29-23-41-0085 was assessed an amount of $752.16; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff made a request to delete this assessment because the property should not have been billed, as they were being serviced by Highland Sanitation and there were no City carts at the property;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $752.16, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 26-40 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
