Purpose of Appeal
The house does not qualify as a vacant building.  It is up for sale.  The Century 21 sign has been in the yard for several weeks.  All of the code requirements are up to date.  The house has been recently renovated.  It has recently been insulated/weatherized.  It has a new furnace, water heater, etc.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Earl F. Miller to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1116 PACIFIC STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
