Correcting a scrivener's error in Ord 25-78 which established Chapter 15 of the Administrative Code to define structured quarterly reporting requirements for certain personnel vacancies and overtime utilization.

WHEREAS, on December 10, 2025, the Council of the City of Saint Paul passed Ord 25-78 which established Chapter 15 of the Administrative code to define structured quarterly reporting requirements for certain personnel vacancies and overtime utilization; and
WHEREAS, it was discovered that all references to Chapter 15 should have been Chapter 58 which is a vacant chapter within the Saint Paul Legislative code; and
WHEREAS, Council recognizes that this is a scrivener’s error and wishes it to be corrected; and now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that Ord 25-78 should be amended to reflect the correction of this scrivener’s error and references to Chapter 15 should be corrected to read Chapter 58 and as amended shall remain in full force and effect.
