Purpose of Appeal
We are appealing the ceiling height in the basement. The ceiling height is 6 ft 9 1/2 inches. It is a flat ceiling. The room is not used as a bedroom. Please see attached inspection report, Item 3.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of 33rd Company, on behalf of Nilka Dulan, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 957 HAGUE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 2.5-inch variance for the basement ceiling height; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
