Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, June 22, 2021, teleconference hearing between 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: I did not receive notice of this until June 1st. After communicating with enforcement officials, I was told to request a 90 day extension as I will be repairing, cleaning, and re-occupying the residence. I spoke with James Hoffman on 2 occasions in regards to this matter.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Thomas J. Conroy to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 1203 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
