WHEREAS, Athena Strength LLC d/b/a Athena Strength submitted a new location application for the Health/Sport Club license (License ID #DSIBLHEALT- 002922-2026) for the premises located at 2288 University Ave. W., Unit 101; and
WHEREAS, On August 25, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of September 9, 2026; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to its recommended approval of the new location application for the Health/Sport Club license; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the new location application; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, That the new location application for the Health/Sport Club license (License ID #DSIBLHEALT- 002922-2026) is hereby approved and license issued to Athena Strength LLC d/b/a Athena Strength for the premises located at 2288 University Ave. W., Unit 101, with no existing license conditions.
