Amending spending authority within the 2023 spending budgets of the Department of Public Works Right of Way Fund ROW Permits & Inspection Accounting Unit and Public Works Administration Fund Dale Street Campus Maintenance Accounting Unit.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has determined the need to purchase a Floor Scrubber for the Dale Street Complex; and
WHEREAS, Capitalized equipment purchases must be paid from Capital Outlay account coding; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works ROW Permit & Inspection Accounting Unit and Public Works Dale Street Campus Maintenance Accounting Unit have sufficient funding
in other spending line items to cover portion of equipment purchase; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and on the request of the Director of Public Works to
amend the 2023 Adopted spending budget in the ROW Permit & Inspection Accounting Unit and Dale Street Campus Maintenance Accounting Unit, the Director of the
Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the particulars as indicated in the attached financial analysis.
