Making finding on the appealed of Ray Krueger to a nuisance abatement ordered for 327 MAPLE STREET in Council File RLH CO 24-7.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH CO 24-7 on October 2, 2024 which granted an extension to October 11, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions for the summary abatement & vehicle abatement orders at 327 MAPLE STREET; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 15, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
