Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay American Family Insurance Company from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department Tort Liability Fund, 1-10031500-74205-3123081000-74205 the amount of nine thousand two hundred ninety-six dollars and forty-two cents ($9,296.42) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim as subrogee of Susan Roach, stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 25th day of February, 2019, in Saint Paul, MN
