Approving the Memorandums of Agreement between the City and the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 21 for the purpose of adjusting the Paramedic Premium and Emergency Medical Technician wages for 2025.

Whereas, the last Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 21, which was approved by the Saint Paul City Council on December 13, 2023, continues in full force and effect through December 31, 2025, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 21, reached a tentative agreements on new Memorandums of Agreement that, once approved, shall be effective as of January 1, 2025 (or closest pay period) and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2025, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; now therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3 (5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandums of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Associationof Fire Fighters, Local 21.
