Title

Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works by transferring $85,000 from Municipal State Aid (MSA) Contingency into Ford Parkway Bridge Erosion Remedy and Mississippi River Boulevard Outfall Reconstruction Project.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works entered into a cost share agreement with Ramsey County on the Ford Parkway Bridge Erosion Remedy and Mississippi River Boulevard Outfall Reconstruction Project; and

WHEREAS, there is a need for an additional $85,000 to cover the increase of the City’s cost share of the retaining wall construction on this Ramsey County Project; and

 

WHEREAS, Public Works plans to transfer $85,000 from MSA Contingency to the Ford Parkway Bridge Erosion Remedy and Mississippi River Boulevard Outfall Reconstruction Project to cover the increase in the City’s cost share of the retaining wall construction on this project; and

 

WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for transfer of appropriation funds of $85,000; and

 

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $85,000 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
