Title
Designating Hnuchee Vang, Jodi Pfarr, and Nickolaus Stumo-Langer, Assistant Mayors, as authorized signers for contracts made in the name of the City of Saint Paul pursuant to Section 86.01 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Mayor, pursuant to Section 86.01 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, may authorize by administrative order certain designees to execute contracts in the name of the City of Saint Paul on the Mayor’s behalf; and
WHEREAS, such authorization of designees pursuant to Section 86.01 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code may only be extended for contracts that have a stated dollar value of no more than the maximum amount stated for such designees in Section 86.01(a) of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, as amended from time to time (the "Code's Maximum Value"); and
WHEREAS, Mayor Kaohly Her wishes to authorize Hnuchee Vang, Jodi Pfarr, and Nickolaus Stumo-Langer, Assistant Mayors, to execute contracts in the name of the City of Saint Paul that have a stated dollar value of no more than the Code's Maximum Value; now, therefore, be it
ORDERED, by Mayor Kaohly Her, that Hnuchee Vang, Jodi Pfarr, and Nickolaus Stumo-Langer, Assistant Mayors, are each hereby authorized to execute on Mayor Her's behalf any and all contracts in the name of the City of Saint Paul that have a stated dollar value of no more than the Code's Maximum Value.
